Isra Mi'raj commemoration at BPS Padangsidimpuan City

Monday, February 12 2024 BPS Padangsidimpuan City held a commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj 1445 H as well as welcoming the Holy Month of Ramadhan at the BPS Padangsidimpuan City Office. The event opened with remarks from the Head of BPS Padangsidimpuan City, Mr. Aris Saryono, SAP., M.Sc. The resource person for this activity was delivered by Ustadz Asrul Azis Ritonga from the Ministry of Religion. He conveyed the momentum of Isra' Mi'raj, namely that the Prophet Muhammad SAW made a night journey from the Grand Mosque to the Al-Aqsa Mosque using a buraq. This incident is very important for Muslims, because in this event the Prophet Muhammad SAW received the order to perform prayers 5 times a day and night. Important points that need to be emphasized in the holy month of Ramadan are: Cleaning the Heart and Improving Prayers. The event closed with a joint prayer at 11.00 WIB.
