Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Padangsidimpuan Municipality 2021

BPS-Statistic is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics.
In producing and presenting statistical data, BPS always tries to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users.
BPS-Statistic always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction level of data users
through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). The SKD has been implemented since 2014 at the BPS-Statistic of regency/municipality . The results of the 2021 SKD
activities are presented in the form of publications containing an analysis of the characteristics of data users, an analysis of data needs,
and an analysis of the performance of service units. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
